Entrance to the IMAX presents no major accessibility difficulties.
Cinema
Once inside the building, people with restricted mobility can enter the cinema via a gently sloping ramp.
The cinema has room for two wheelchairs on the front row and is fully disabled-accessible. However, wheelchair users who cannot move to one of the cinema seats many be unable to see the screen properly because their chair is set at a different angle to the cinema seats.
Adapted toilet
The cinema has a correctly designed adapted toilet.
Alternative communication systems
Although the projection system has been designed to ensure maximum visual impact, some of the films are subtitled. This is useful for the deaf or hearing impaired.
